I and my sister in law have made booking in Ruparel Reality Optima project at Kandivali West in last week of April. There was big mela at the site booking office when we went for booking. While booking flats we were given bare minimum information on project in view of chaotic rush of public. Only one page minimum information was provided while booking that to more about payment terms. The most crucial fact about this project being SRA project was not revealed to us at all while booking. Had we known this fact we would have never booked in this project. Now when we approached Ruparel Reality for refund of our token advance of Rs.51000 they are refusing to return back. With such approach we are very unhappy and we have no trust on this builder.
