I, Manish, have been writing to ruparel office from recent months for installment of sum to dhfl builder (Subvention scheme) however I haven’t got and solid answer
Presently the developer has sent a sms for extraordinary equalization of ~176000
I need assistance in getting this settled as this is influencing my dresser and i’m not ready to apply for any advances.
I am also facing complete non-cooperation from Ruparel staff on every issue.
Have taken flat on subvension and after paying 5% initially, am suppose to pay only after fitout. But every now and then they ask me to pay some or the other amount. Technical querries from bank is not being solved and they ask me to pay if bank is not doing disbursement.
No one takes calls (from junior to senior ) to solve the querries and keep leaving fine…
Feeling completely trapped with this builder and project.
I am also facing the same problem. We are ready for full and final settlement but staff Ms. purvii paithanakar is totally non cooperative. She is not picking up the phone calls and sms, not responding to mails. Totally fed up of these guys.
