Gotogate not refunding my money. I cancelled my flight back in February 2023 and was told I’d receive my refund within 1-2 weeks. It’s been over 4 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Everytime I call them they just keep telling me I would get my refund soon and I’m not sure what else to do.
