My order number is 100017706 payment 1,812 done online via paytm. I place the order on 18th Oct, 10 days before the occasion. While placing the order they were pinging again and again that “Please proceed with the payment. I will help help you with the payment”. They said they will deliver in 7 days.

I checked with them on 25th Oct over chat. I got no response at all. The person came and said I will get back with status. He did not come back at all even after pinging for a long time. I was completely frustrated at that time because no satisfactory answer given by customer support.

I dropped an email regarding delaying the order, as occasion was near. I got a very pathetic and useless response. I asked them for a better support. They replied saying the item is out of stock. Then I asked them for the refund on the same day as they were very careless.

Since then I haven’t got any reply from them. They are playing with people’s emotions.I have very bad experience first time online. Customer support service is very poor. Their replies will be harassing.
