Dear Concerned person

i have order the some materials from souq.com on 25 November 2017. But still you cannot able to deliver the materials into my destination. This is very bad service i appened through online service .

Also i have given return service of my lenova phone due to complaint happened before the warranty finish . Also not able to pick and make it complaint.Due to my vacation going out of country, i have give my phone to repair by spending my own money.This is very bad service i ever had through online and will not continue.
