I bought bicycle cards in December that turned out to be fake so I returned them. They were picked up on 10 December 2017!!
Until this moment, 12 February 2018, more than 3 months have gone by and the amount of the cards is still not settled in my account. I tried contacting customer service several times only to hear the same useless answers like we are sorry for the delay and we promise the amount will be released today! Of course the amount was never released and no one has contacted me to explain why or what should be done.
I am starting to doubt the money will ever be released and honestly will never deal with souq again. Not only do they sell fake products, they also have the slowest and most useless customer service on the planet.
My question now is WHAT do I have to do to get my money back ASAP !
I really hope to get an answer as this matter is becoming ridiculous!!!
