We ordered a Bose noise cancelling headset early jan. it appears to be deficient and possibly a fake product.

We are very upset as this is the second time it is happening with Souq.

Spoke to the customer service today, we expect Souq to take back this product even if we have exceed the 15 days and reimburse us.
This is really disappointing.
