I believe you have good reputation in International business field, but sorry to say this.. your down-level product delivery persons will not support you in this regards,

I booked by Souq.com Mobile apps, Halloween children’s clothing kids (Ordered ID 1083186290059) Tracking number 5895261124021 and expected delivery was 9th Aug’17 and same day I receive call from your delivery person and I told him very clearly, I need this product same day itself cause I have confirmed flight for next day and he also agree and confirm me will speak to supervisor to arrange delivery on same day…

But no any calls received after that and next evening another person call me for delivery and at the time I was in flight…

Am very upset in this regards cause, based on your delivery commitment I confirmed my son in home country to bring this dress for him…. but every things vain because your bad service persons…

hope this complaint will safe you further bad remarks…..
