hi i have ordered on 22nd november 2017 during white friday sale.

till today no response from souq team.

i have called 5 times to follow up regarding my order or refund but no one gives answer.

they always says we will arrange call back within 24 hours.

no one call back, no one reply to the messages.

very bad service.

i will go to DED for this.
