I have ordered items on 24/11/2017 and the delivery date was supposed to be 2/12/2017 and since then i keep on calling more than 11 times and I only hear lies from the customer service team, the item is not delivered and the courier doesn’t have a specific day for delivery despite the promises I receive from the customer service agents and the Manager who apologized and promised to deliver the items yesterday or maximum today and its not happening.
