This is an EMERGENCY!I have ordered my things on 20th July and i still did not got any response yet. My husbands birthday is tomorrow and i was all dependent on souq.com for his gifts. The customer service is not being helpful at all, they are being very rude to me and not at all resolving my problem . I desperately need help it’s an emergency please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible
