I made a purchase from Souq on 22nd Nov, 2017 and it is 24th Dec today. There is no update on delivery. On their site the delivery schedule is still showing the date of 27th Nov. The servicing team is a bunch of dummies who do not/cannot help you. All of them has one thing to say “we are escalating the issue, you will hear soon from the delivery team”. I am an online shopper as being a working Mum, it gets difficult to go for Mall shopping. But with the time and energy going towards following up with Souq, I am actually questioning my sensibilities now.
