Hello,

I ordered and paid for 2 of these, but only received one. I have filed a complaint online but have received no response in 2 weeks. Nothing. Do you have a customer service department?

My customer number is M1FSCX. I ordered and paid for 2 dehumidifiers on 27 August. I received 1 dehumidifier on 31 August. No response whatsoever as to where my second one is, and no refund. One or the other is required.
