False promises by souq and Qexpress. Rubbish customer service. Receive call daily from 0543065676, the guy promises to deliver and then vanishes. No call picked thereafter by the courier person. Qexpress said that order would be delivered by 11PM which is again proved fake. I need my entire refund to be processed immediately. Kindly take this up seriously else will need to escalate further.
