I bought from Souq Dubai I phone 6s from 27/10/2016 order number [protected] and I used it few months ago, after few months of using it the battery appeared no to charge the mobile anymore and became bigger in size that I thought it may get out of the mobile phone
Kindly find attached the invoice and a picture of the mobile
Please inform me if its a production issue and how can I fix it
Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible and please consider this matter very urgent and important
