I was supposed to get my iPhone 8 plus delivered between 13 th and 15 th jan 2018. Today is 14th jan and after multiple calls with souq customer services reps, I get to know that Iam not going to get my delivery as per the stated time… not only that but they can’t even tell or estimate a time or even a date !!!
This is super pathetic and utterly disappointing!
Iam going to start tweeting n take this complaint to Facebook!
