Good Day!

I spoke with Souq.com costumer representative and she cannot help me because the item is not damage but advised me to file a complaint instead so that I can communicate with the seller. The LG Monitor works fine. However, it’s not compatible with my laptop. I ask the seller if I can exchange the LG Monitor to a different Monitor and I am willing to pay the remaining balance.
