Duplicate Phone Sold By Souq

Hi Team,

I have ordered one product Samsung S-8 phone in April and it was working till last week, however, it suddenly hanged and not booting.
I took to Samsung Service center Dubai and they have advised this is US based phone they will not cover the warranty.
The seller has cheated us he has given C- Grade phone, Souq should must take action on the seller and should replace my phone.
we trust Souq, not Seller, please help to resolve my issue.
