The courier come to delivery my request, I always open before paying because I had two problems with the Souq, and it took time to solve my case, he simply fought with me and said that I can not see something I was buying. Crazy or what ??? I can not see a product that I’m paying for. Third time already, I’ll take this to the authorities.

They just want to take their money and leave, careful as it does not provide a reliable service, a garbage service. The customer can not open their own package to check if everything is ok. Caution.
