I have one delivery from souq.com.tracking number is 132744226442. This order done by 15 dayz before..I get call from your sales rep on 3rd june..I requested for change address Abu Dhabi to sharjha..process is done on that day.
But atill I dint get my order yet..I.called souq customer care more than 8 time..they told its already in delivery process..
My.question is what is your problem in delivery..is it take 7.dayz to.deliver to abudhabi to.sharjha..??? I need reply..bfore I take legal action..
I requested to call with manager..but no response..I.spend more than 60 aed for call charge to call u guyz. Every time when call I have to wait miminum 10 mintut to connect call..
My question is where is my order..if souq.com cant take responsible to.deliver..better stop service in UAE..
