This wasn’t the first time I ordered at souq but this one is a no-no. I was expecting the item to be delivered today as per message. I waited whole day for the delivery but no one came. I called the office and was advised the item was returned back to them since I was not available. It is so frustrating to cancel all your plans just to have it on time then they just give you this reason. Better also guys you call us next time if it’s for real that we are not on the said location. pissed off customer here
