I have purchased Blackberry Dtek60 last september 18, 2017. a week ago my phone’s system got frozen and deleted by itself when I was using telegram messenger. Since then Dtek60 is not working.

As there was 1 year warranty given in the e-mail from Souq.com I have written letter two times, 13th and 16th of January 2018, and still waiting for the answer from the souq.com
