Item: Jabra SPORT PULSE Wireless

On warranty, souq does not answer positively either on phone, via email or via Social Media. I get the runaround “We will let you know as soon as possible”.

The brand distributor claims the seller is not authorized. I can go tweet myself.

The manufacturer takes two days to tell me the distributor is right. I can go ahead and purchase another one from an authorized reseller. Conveniently, they give me a link to find those.
