We had a flight with spicejet on 20th August 2017 pnr being BCYPTN AND J4VV6F, the flight was cancelled altogether, we had next early morning flight to catch ie on 21st August, we had to face a loss for our return flight also due to cancellation by spicejet for which the airlines has not provided for a refund or alternate flight, kindly help, OUR cost for return flight for 2 adults and two infants was 11000 rs, kindly ask them to refund for return flight also as we had to face the loss because of spicejet
