I had ordered 32 inch TV online to Tata Cliq against order no – 101089596 on 26/09/2017. They told that delivery period is 5 – 7 days & installation period 3 – 4 days after delivery. I received the product on 05/10/2017. Today is 14/10/2017 almost 9 days since product received. No one still coming to install the product. Daily I am calling customer care no & no response from their side. My little children daily asking me papa when will we able to watch programme on new TV. I had also told them to take back their product & refund my money. My daily routine is destroyed in this tension. And i am unable to answer my children. Please do the needful. I had everything recorded while talking to customer care representative. Guide me what to do?
