Ordered two product from Tata ciq, for headphones they are saying i have to collect that parcel from croma store neither they are giving refund, on their site they also cancelled option of return on my login id.
second order is shoes for which they are not giving refund in my account it is being 2 weeks i am waiting for their response , but their customer care executive is narrating things.
