Refunds not given back. Aap says refunf sucessfull. Called customer care. They gave some Wiered AWB number on phone…which was 20 plus digits mix of numeric, alphs, uppercase , lowercase …can you believe it on phone . I am suppose to take it to my bank which is 400 km away from here. Go there submit 2 forms and get my 2045/- back . Or leave it with this thieves called TATA CLIQ and never get it back. Why are people not informed about this in refunf policies so that they can make an informed decision of buying form Tata Cliq
