Dear sir,
I have ordered a BAJAJ BRAVO 500 WATT 3 JAR Mixer- Grinder on TATACLIQ E-commerce website on dated 13/11/2017 of Rupees 1899/- by order no. 101301276 . I have paid the full amount while placing the order . I was delivered on dated 14/11/2017 a wrong product which was also a BAJAJ BRAVO mixer – grinder but have a lower specifications compared to that I have ordered . I have immediately contact their customer care executive about this and submitted a Return Request on 15/11/2011 on their website. Ten day has been passed today but my return pick up has not been done despite contacting their customer care executive a number of times. Now I feel that I have cheated by this company by showing and delivering different products. I got trapped into this by believing the name of TATA associated with it.
Please return back this wrong product and refund my amount back as soon as possible.I will be greatly obliged to you.
