Tikona – Charging for the serivice I never availed

Details of my Tikona WI-Bro Service Account are – BAN – 137773945
Account:1126054823

I have opted for prepaid service of broad band with 3 months plan from June to August (2020) and due to lockdown I had to move to my hometown jodhpur and after August plan expired they still send me bill for next 3 months even though I have never renewed the 3 months plan and they are sending me emails and phone call to settle the case for 2000 outside the court.

Please register my complaint regarding Tikona to stop harassing consumers.
