I used tikona internet last in 2015. In my last renewal, I paid for 3 months (Feb,March,April) . In first week of Feb 2015 I got transfer in pune and requested to refund my money because i was leaving from Mumbai to pune. Firstly, there customer care representative continuously forced me to transfer the connection to pune that i refused every time. I am sure this cheap trick are being used by all their employees so that later they demand money. All the time she only forced me that you transfer this connection to pune and we do it by taking extra transfer charges but 90 days money we will not return you as per policy. Such a cheap organisation.I said ok, you take money but close this connection and I moved to pune in Feb second week . I started searching the room near to my office . Here these cheap people played a dirty game against me. Even tough they had all information:-
1.90 days recharge done by customer
2. Less than a week usage now he left and at least 10-15 times requested to cut the connection
Yet they informed me on phone that either you continue the connection in Pune or we will continue it in Mumbai for 3 months.
Now these guys are demanding money for that duration again by many recovery agents. Recovery and blame game are the only business that these unprofessional people do. The worst, cheap, shameful tactics to run a business that can only be expected from a third class organization like tikona.. Even these recovery agents have no idea about the whole case. They do n’t listen to the customer’s point of view. Already taken payment of 90 days still demanding more payment. I do n’t think with these tricks you would ever be rich and successful. Services are very poor, customer care is totally fraud. This is not a company it is a mafia.
