Sir , i bought a broadband connection for six month from tikona pvt ltd ( user id1125350424 ) on 26 dec 19 with an amount of 2329.00 which provide me 10 mbps fup 200gb , firstly the agent which tikona assigned to me told a lie plan is unlimited with a speed of 10mbps second since 09 amr 19 i am facing huge either interruption or slow net or no net. i am continously complaing to them. every time i call up customercare they simply reply sir give us 24 hrs ,issue wil be resolved,They do remotely and net start working but after 2 to 3 hrs again same issue . their visited thrice and changed router and roof top device too and told me , there is no more issue now. but not a single day i availed the net facility without interruption or slow speed and its not just for an hour or two hours its frequently happenning . finally i asked them to either resolved it or refund my money. they are strifghtway denied torefund and offering me for dissconnection and given a silly excuse that i am using so many divices thats why net is slow , i am using only 01 laptop and 02 mobile however i use mobile on wifi rarely. so devices are only 02 those are connected to wifi and laptop is not continously on use (i use it for study purpose only). however i acepted and start using only 01 device that is laptop but problem still not resolved .
i argue them for speed what are they providing me . most of the time speed is 0.20 mbps as per tikona speed tester.
since 09 mar 20020 to till today, evryday i complain them on app or by sending email on [email protected]
but they replied me with their registered complain number and resolution time 04 hrs. after this they messaged me that they have resolved the issue or they have everything is fine no issue from their end.
but on myside , i still not able to access th net.
this is everyday sequence.
i tried to approach tikona applette authority on their email address([email protected])and mail to CEO on [email protected]) but they replied with their automated email while CEO didnot reply yet.
i mailed them to provide me docket number for this issue but they have not replied to me till now
i didnot find any authority or official on tikona website too where i can register my grievances.
i request your guidence for further course of anction.
