This is regarding my request to cancel my ticket for trip to mauritius. They have said that refund is initiated the refund and i get it as soon as possible. It’s almost 40 days now, but the refund is yet not credited. They’re giving false responses regarding the refund to be credited. My booking id is 7284250. Very Shameless Useless Fraud company. It’s a mental torture on me in this bad time . Please help here.
