I had booked a trip to Dubai for a group of 6. I was suggested for an SIC cab which is economical and budgeted. I agreed to that because the sales agent told me that the coach would be of 8 passengers so you guys are 6, there are high chances that there will be no one accompanying you, so this will be as good as Private. I agreed to the option however when I reached there and started the trip, I was getting a minibusses/buses, where space was to be shared with a lot more people. Also, I was told that for the city tour Gold/Spice Souk will be included however the same was not covered( not even in the city tour). I tried explaining the issue to the agency but no one resolved the issues. Sales team blames operation, operations team inturn blamed sales team. I even wrote emails to Travel Triangle executive but he never replied. Finally when I gave them the poor rating on the survey Email, I recived a call from guy named Himanshu. He ws equally empty headed and defensive. Instead of solving the issue, he kept on favouring the agency.
