Hi There,
This is regarding one of my booking from Travelgenio made from India to Toronto via Abu Dhabi on Etihad airways for April 8th 2021. The flight was cancelled by Etihad due to some government restriction related to covid. Neither Etihad nor Travelgenio bothered to inform us about the cancellation. When we reached airport, we got to know flight is cancelled.
Since then we are trying to reach out to Travelgenio and Etihad. Etihad confirms that we are eligible for full refund of the flight as cancellation was from their end. However, travelgenio says they have not received confirmation from Etihad on the same. Additionally, Travelgenio says they cannot call Etihad.
email ids mentioned on travelgenio site is sending automated email asking to reach out to them through a link. Upon clicking on link it throws error.
Post this incident i read lot of threads on internet which says Travelgenio is a fraud company.I need my refund back!!
