I received an old, soiled, and crumpled article of clothing today, February 26, 2024, that I had never ordered. Using eKart, I can see that Trendystyles, Delhi, is the company that shipped this item.
I paid for it because I was anticipating a few more deliveries after I was informed that it was a Cash on Delivery order. But when I opened the package, I discovered I had never ordered it.
The tracking ID indicated that the item was shipped from Delhi, but the seller falsely claimed that “Gujarat is the jurisdiction for any disputes.”
I want my money back for an order that I never placed and I want to file criminal charges against the seller. Regretfully, there is no phone number or address provided by either the package or the tracking website to file a specific complaint.
