I’m writing to report a fraudulent Cash on Delivery order that I allegedly received from a merchant named Trendystyles on March 1, 2024, through Ekart Logistics.
I had never ordered or heard of the item before, so the ₹299 order was for it.
I have serious concerns about the security of my personal data and the reliability of Ekart’s services in light of this illegal transaction.
When the package arrived, it was immediately apparent that this was not a legitimate purchase because inside was an old, soiled, and crumpled article of clothing.
I paid for the order anyway, thinking it was one of the deliveries I had been anticipating, despite my reservations. Still, I didn’t notice the difference until I opened the package.
Using the Ekart, further research showed that the product had been shipped from Trendystyles, which was purportedly based in Delhi.
To add to the suspicion surrounding this transaction, it is concerning to note that the seller falsely listed Gujarat as the jurisdiction for any disputes.
I want the fraudulent seller to face severe consequences and request an instant refund for the unauthorized purchase.
Finding and prosecuting those in charge of such dishonest activities is crucial, as is taking care of the evident flaws in Ekart’s screening and verification procedures.
Regretfully, there is no way to get in touch with the appropriate authorities to report a specific issue—either through the tracking website or the package itself lacks this information.
As a result, I respectfully ask for your help in elevating this complaint and starting the appropriate processes via your platform. I also want advice on how to proceed with prosecuting the seller criminally and holding them accountable for this heinous fraud.
