* Write Vatika Group in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Vatika Group.
I also booked a flat in the Turning Point project, the project has not been delivered. Now they are pushing me to buy another much expensive property instead. The also offered a scheme called Vatika shield with a provision to exit after 3 years but they are now not honouring that also. Since I booked it using subvention scheme, I have started receiving notices from the financiers to start paying the EMIs. This looks like a collusion between the builder and the Financing company to fleece the home buyers. I feel cheated by the Vatika Group, who have stopped responding to mails or phone calls for queries and complaints regarding the project.
