Dear Sir,

I booked a house flat with Vatika group for the project Vatika boulevard & heights, sector 83, gurugram in Feb 2014 with a payment scheme 40% advance + 60% at the time of possession. no commitment when to deliver the house. out of nowhere in May 2016 they raised the demand letter for 60% for the possession. i paid the remaining amount ( 82 lakh, total value of the flat 1.30 Cr). since i paid the entire amount, they are delaying & not handing over the possession. till date only excuses, i have all the email correspondence

Simply harassment, i am going through a lot due to this, i know how i managed to pay the entire money. still not been able to deliver the house. i would like to file a case against the builder for interest cost as well as mental trauma of being rigorous follow ups
