Respected Sir/Madam.
I have requested for a refund for cancellations of the ticket.
As i cancelled on the very same day of booking so the sale assistant told me that i am entitled to get full refund.
Got their email reply on 11feb its refunded.
On 17march Received Rs 14,072 in the account
Whereas the total amount was Rs 35,000 which supposed to get refunded.
full amount not refunded as they said before cancellation there wont be any deduction as per the fare rules of cancelled on same day of booking.

Reason- Got scheduled change due to family emergency.
Sir I have sent them more than 100 emails on e-commerce, helpdesk,called them but they are not helping me out,keep on saying they have refunded,even I can provide my complete bank statement where only shows 14,075rs has been credited only ,21,000rs still to get.
This is our hard earned money sir, please this is my last hope only Indian government can help,if I am wrong I am ready accept any imprisonment.
Even you can hear all telephonic conver what I had with sales associate of air India on 24/12/2020 before cancelling.
