I booked a ticket on 20th November, 2021 for a flight from Jammu to Srinagar scheduled for 6 December but I cancelled it within 24 hr and I was eligible for full refund of ₹4864 only, according to the Air India policy.
The ticket was booked online from Air India website and consisted of 2 passenger traveling from Jammu to Srinagar and total fare of the ticket was ₹4864. I cancelled the ticket through phone call to the customer care of Air India.
After cancellation of the ticket, I was told by Air India executives that the refund will be done in 20 days. Today is 6 January 2022 which is obviously more than 20 days and the refund has not been provided to me.
I have called at Air India customer care several time but they have not taken any action, every time I call the customer care they ask me to fill the feedback form and then nothing happens.
I am a college student this amount matters a lot to me which has not been refunded to me. I have also attached a copy of feedback form which includes the details of flight.
This feedback form was filled by the customer care executive who told me that the refund will happen within 20 days.
