I have bought a flat in Casagrand Miro in the year 2018. Handover for the project was delayed more than an year. Response was also too bad. After handover, within three years of construction building has lot of cracks and leakage. Bigger units in campus are too worst. Icare keeps on doing patch work and no proper solution. GST refund and referral amount denial are additional issues. Never invest with Casagrand please.
