My horrible experience with City Bookers – I booked my Dubai-Delhi ticket on 12th Feb (ref num CB2185347) for flight on 18th April and after reading issues with the Airline in newspapers (Jet Airways PNR: LTFLVI) I checked my PNR status on Jet website on 24th March and it was invalid!

Immediately I contacted City Bookers and Airline. On 2nd April Jet Airways sends me a mail confirming their approval for full refund and aays that they have informed agent about the same. Still City Bookers doesn’t do anything. Since then, I must have send 10 emails to them reminding of the refund but no one responds from their side now.

I dont know what to do. They are based out of Kuwait and dont have a international contact number. The case is very clear – they owe me full refund for my ticket. And I will not give up till I take that.
