I booked a ticket last November 9, 2017 going to Philippines dated December 25, 2017 to January 3, 2018. I received the ticket details and payment receipt. And now someone emailed me telling me that my booking was cancelled due to technical issue. I don’t understand about that. My flight is near and i don’t have a ticket and you said you will refund the money for 5 to 15 working days. How am I suppose to book my ticket now if you will not refund my money. If you told me the first time that you can’t issue the ticket then i would have gone to other travel agency. You are really not reliable travel agency. I hope there will be no victims that will lure to your offer. Please sort out my money as i need it to book another ticket. Thanks
