I had made a cancellation for the ticket with the above reference number on 09th April 2018. I haven’t received refund for the same till date which is way over the 30 days period conveyed by city bookers. I have tried contacting your agents multiple times in this regard and each time they make lame excuses and keep dragging the matter.
One agent after conversing had mailed me asking for the bank details for refund, for which reply was sent and received no furthur response. Mail attached below for reference.
Please process the refund ASAP.
