Please help me, I don’t even know about this citybookers.com before and yesterday I go to cheapflights.com and from there I saw the cheapest amount of flight in singapore airlines from dubai to manila philippines on april 16, 2019 so when clicked the price of 1, 178 aed I booked it from citybookers.com and it’s actually for my partner’s flight and then after I paid a total of 1, 207.41aed bacause they add 29.45 aed for a service charge from my credit card then received a message from my email that they already got my payment and says that they will send the ticket within 24 hours but now almost 25 hours left no ticket came from them. Then this moring I was shocked that many people got victimized from them. Please help me I don’t even know that they are like this because they we’re linked to cheapflights that’s why I thought they are not fake. 1, 207.41 aed is not a joke
