Dear Sir,
I booked my ticket and my family ticket individually and we need to change the travel date of both the tickets but after struggling a lot between City Booker and air line it got changed my ticket and my family ticket is still pending, I am getting response on mail, today made a call from Dubai I lost my mobile balance to for long waiting but got connected to one of the agent, details given to he was telling changes can be made only by airline and he authorised the airline to do as it was done my ticket but when I call emirates air line they are telling communicate with agent, why the agent is not doing please help.
