I booked a ticket from UAE-Emirates to Lebanon and wanted to change the departure time, i contacted the Flight company and they said that citybookers is responsible for any changes since i booked the flight from their website.
so i called citybookers and they charged 200$ for flight change!!! which is almost the original ticket price.
What a SHAME!!! i will never book on this site again, so unprofessional!
