I booked a flight to Tbilisi Georgia on your website and due to a personal emergency I had to cancel my trip. My flight was on the 30th of November and the return flight was on the 4th of December. I tried to do the cancellation on the 28th of November and had friends trying to call the call center and email till the 29th of November. I got no response for your email or your call center.

On the First of January 2018 I got an email from you saying that you had an issue with your communication channels and that you are now able to respond to us. When I asked about proper compensation I was told that It’s a used ticket . No one used this ticket and it’s a no show.

Why do I get to bare all the costs of your company not being able to support me in due time.
