Passenger Name – Mr. Vimanvale Poulemeharban

This Ticket has been issued issued by Citybookers on to depart on [protected], 02.45hrs on flight 9W 531. The passenger arrived at the airport at 11.30pm & learnt that the ticket has been cancelled. The airport authority cleared that the ticket has been cancelled and he can’t board the plane. As he was in emergency he booked another Ticket from spice jet airways and departed. Jet airways has failed to inform the passenger prior to the cancellation either by E-mail or by Text Message
It has to be noted that when called the Jet airways customer care the concern refused by saying the ticket has been cancelled as there is no show of the passenger. Kindly reply

Now, Jet Airways is asking for the Refund application from Citybookers. Kindly Send Refund Application to [email protected]
