I booked my one way from (Dubai to Lagos) ticket on April 07 2018 on citybookers after which I cancelled the ticket same day due to health issue, I called citybookers customer service they helped me to cancel my ticket they told me I will get my money in the next 20 working days till today June 28 2018 I haven’t receive any refund yet I have already sent emails several times but no reply
Pls I need my case to be resolved is 2 months already
